Happiness 101

"There is no way to happiness. Happiness is the way."
Dan Millman

Instant Stress Solution

It was an "AHA moment" to me when I read the story of the optimistic little boy who, when confronted with a room full of horse manure, dove right in, exclaiming, “With all this manure, there’s got to be a pony in here somewhere!” Although I don’t think I want to hug him right now, I think the little fellow’s got it right.

Since then, I decided that no matter how big a pile of “manure” life dumps in my path, looking for the pony is the best response. Even if there is no pony, digging in with enthusiasm is better for us than being burdened with reluctance and resentment. Guess what? the pony is always there, but we miss it because we’re not looking for it.

Happiness is not an activity but an attitude. If you can laugh at yourself, your failures, mistakes, problems and life circumstances, it will make living through them much much easier.

Our attitude may be the only thing in life over which we have total control. If we cultivate an attitude of willingness to be light and playful, to appreciate all the absurdities swirling around us all the time and to laugh whenever we can, we have done our part

Some people are really fun to be around. They see life as an opportunity to learn about themselves and others. They don't whine, complain or blame others. They take full responsibility for their own pleasure. They can have fun when they are alone, and they can have fun in the presence of total strangers. They are fun people. I decided to join the club and become one of them. How about you? Welcome abroad!

No Pressure only Pleasure...

Dear friends,

I recently decided it’s about time that I start my online business. Not knowing where to start, I typed “online business’ In google. Guess what? I got 214,000,000 results. Quite overwhelming huh?!

I tried “home business” instead and I got 271,000,000 results. It would take forever to go through all these opportunities. Where to start? That’s the question that’s been boggling my mind lately.

So, I decided to make the process fun. I decided that I’ll throughouly check 3 opportunities per day and write a summary about each of them. I’ll do that for two weeks and then pick up one opportunity and go for it.

No pressure only pleasure. Yes I will enjoy doing my research. I’ll take my time to read about the opportunities. Then, I’ll follow my intuition and pick one.

Notice that I gave myself a time frame to do my research. I might not find the best opportunity out there but I must start somewhere.

If you’re involved in a lucrative business, feel free to share it with me. I’m open to all suggestions.

I will keep you posted about my progress :).

Just Imagine…

Rewire your brain for Success

In my imagination there's no hesitation. I can be everything I ever wanted in my mind's eyes…no boundaries..no limitations..and nothing is out of reach.

What a magnificent gift imagination can be. I used to fear public speaking. Just the idea of standing up and talking to a crowd made me shake inside.

Until the day has come when I wanted so badly to join the Model United Nations in my University. I knew it would be a great experience but I also knew that I have to stand in front of a huge crowd and give a speech.

I was so crippled by my fear that I was about to give up and not even go for the initial interview but suddenly I felt that it's about time that I conquer that fear. So, I went for it. I passed the initial interview and officially joined the Model United Nations.

There was only 3 weeks left that I had to prepare my speech. In the past, I was so fortunate to read about the power of imagination but this was the first time that I actually put it into practice.

Everyday, I closed my eyes and imagined myself standing tall with confidence and giving my speech. I vividly imagined myself being passionate and excited with every word I say. I saw people's reaction in their eyes and felt that I totally grabbed their attention.

Until the day has come when I had to give the real speech. I wouldn't say I wasn't nervous but the confident picture I painted in my mind made that day a huge success.

Overcoming the fear of public speaking was a breakthrough that I will keep reaping its rewards for the rest of my life thanks to the power of imagination.

You can do exactly the same. Whatever is holding you back, if you keep imaging with enough emotional intensity that you overcome it, you will! Just imagine.

The Hour of Power!

Dear Friends,

I like to kick off my day feeling ECSATATIC and this how I do it:

Motivational Inspirational Corner Power Performance Program

Before getting out of bed, I recite my favorite loving treatment written by best selling author Louise L. Hays:
"Deep at the center of my being, there's an infinite well of love. I now allow this love to flow to the surface. It fills my heart, my mind, my body, my consciousness and radiates out of me in all directions and returns to me multiplied.

I'm a loving soul. Therefore, I behave and think in a loving way to all people for I know that that which I give out returns to multiplied. I'm a loving soul. Therefore, I forgive and totally release the past and all past experiences and I'm FREE!

I'm a loving soul. Therefore, I live totally in the now. Experiencing each moment as good and knowing that my future is bright and joyous and secure for I'm a beloved child of the universe and the universe lovingly takes care of me now and forever more and so it is."

On my way to work, I got into the beautiful habit of counting my blessings. I remind myself of everything I’m grateful for especially being happy and healthy and that my loved ones are happy and healthy.

After that, I start visualizing myself achieving my goals and breaking through every obstacle. For example, I decided to start an online business part-time. I didn’t even start it yet but I’m paving the way for creating a successful business by visualizing it, seeing it, feeling it and BELIEVING in myself and my potential to create everything my heart desires.

You see, I decided to make the first hour of the day an hour of power. It makes me so happy and excited about how the rest of my day will unfold. I learned this wonderful tip form Anthony Robbins masterpiece “Get the Edge”.

Please do yourself a favor and try the hour of power and let me know how did it work for you. I look forward to hearing from you.

10 Steps to Prosperity

"The time is always right to do what is right"
Martin Luther King

Are you ready to release your blocks and create and receive the prosperity and abundance that is all around you? Here are 10 steps to show you how.
1.Be in Charge
Yes you can create a compelling future. Yes you can shape your destiny. All you need is a bold decision.
Brian Tracy, Les Brown, Bob Proctor, and dozens of other top motivational and business speakers and trainers on high quality DVD, with MP3 files and note guides.

DECIDE that today will be the day that you'll take charge of your life. You're no longer at the mercy of circumstances or conditions or whatever you wanna name it!

2. kiss your old beliefs goodbye
If you're not manifesting prosperity in your life, most probably you have limiting beliefs blurring your vision. Question your old beliefs and let go of them completely. Open up and BELIEVE you can attract prosperity in your life easily and effortlessly.

3.Visualize
Give yourself 10 minutes a day to visualize the life you deserve. Be clear, be detailed and have fun with it. Focus on the end result, and don’t be concerned with how it will be delivered to you.

4. Stay Positive
For most people, this is the hardest step. We're in constant struggle with our old beliefs and that nagging voice within that's always doubting us. Focus your energy on the positive as much as you possibly can in every aspect of your life. With practice, it becomes easier and natural.

5. Give up need
Realize that you don’t need anything. If you are alive and breathing, clothed and fed, you simply have all you need. EVERYTHING else is luxury. You have everything that you really need already, and more. When you visualize prospepirty, remember that you are already taken care of, and that now you are going for what you really want. Now you are consciously creating your life – a life that is abundant and prosperous.

6.Give up guilt
Guilt is a very crippling emotion. If you feel guilty about having money or asking for money, take a look deep inside and feel that you deserve to be prosperous.

7. Be grateful
I couldn't think of a better way to attract prosperity in your life than gratitude. Feeling grateful sends out powerful vibrations that draw what you want closer and closer.

8. Be patient and take action
It took a while for you to create your world as it is. Be patient with yourself and the Universe while you re-create it. Simply take the actions that you feel are right – always moving in the direction of prosperity. Action is crucial…nobody is going to get rich sitting on their couch watching soaps. Get out and meet people, help others, and work to your highest and best potential.

9. Love yourself unconditionally
You are a part of all that is. You belong. You deserve to have prosperity and abundance in your life. You are moving forward. Accept yourself for who you are and who you are not, and as you do, you will find it easier to love and accept others unconditionally as well.

10. BELIEVE
That’s right it’s crucial. You must believe that prosperity is in your life and that you are creating and manifesting more. Look for signs that help you believe, little things that are out of the ordinary, clues, experiences that help you strengthen your belief. Prosperity is at your finger tips. Just open up and believe and the rest will follow easily and effortlessly.

I don't wanna grow up!

Did you know that the average 5 years old laughs 250 times a day while the average 35 years old laughs only 15 times a day?!!

No wonder when asked: "what do you wanna become when you grow up?", the innocent preschooler replied: " I don't wanna grow up"!
He won the first prize on America's funniest home videos. It was a prize well deserved in my opinion.

Why on earth would I wanna grow up if it meant losing my zest for life? That's the question that's been boggling my mind lately.

Unfortunately, growing up is unavoidable but as I kept thinking about it, I discovered that I can make a conscious decision to grow emotionally not just physically.

I realized that as grown up, I could consciously awaken the inner child within and invite pure joy into my life. I got into the habit of surrounding myself with children and immersing myself into their beautiful world. I decided to lighten up and not take life so seriously. I memorized jokes and funny quotes and shared them with my friends.

I made a committment to laugh 5000 times a day not 15 and I definitely don't mind exceeding that number. The more, the merrier :)!
